The building will contain studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom+dens, and 2 bedroom units.  Some will have balconies, and all will have air conditioning. 

Get your sweat on in the fitness center, host a party with a view in the top floor lounge, and get some work done in our work from home spaces.  The building will house secure bike storage, food delivery area, sufficient package storage, and an inviting lobby.

Incorporating the rich history of the Old Bellevue area has been a goal of our family's since the beginning stages of this building.  The building will have a mural wall with an image of historical Old Bellevue, as well as plaques referring to the whaling fleet that wintered in Meydenbauer Bay.
